SwasthiQ Directory
Review policy
Last updated 12 Oct 2026
Who can give feedback
- People signed in with a mobile number or email.
- Feedback about a visit booked on SwasthiQ, or backed by a bill or prescription, shows as a verified visit. One piece of feedback per visit, and at most one per doctor every 30 days.
What we show
- Whether you’d recommend the doctor, and what went well.
- The share of patients who recommend a doctor appears after 10 reviews. We don’t use star ratings.
- Your first name only if you choose; otherwise “Patient”, or “Verified patient” for a verified visit.
What isn’t allowed
- Health details: diagnoses, test results, medicine names.
- Names or details of other people, including staff.
- Abuse, threats, or claims about a doctor’s licence or conduct. Those go to the medical council, not a review.
- Feedback that was paid for, offered a discount, or written by the doctor’s own team.
How we check it
- Anyone can report a review that breaks these rules. Our team checks reports within 24 hours.
- We don’t edit what you write: we keep it up or take it down, and tell you why. A bill or prescription photo is seen only by our team and deleted once we’ve checked it.
What doctors can do
- Reply publicly.
- Report feedback that breaks this policy; our team decides.
- Take feedback off their own profile. Every take-down is logged, and we tell you when it happens.
