Why we are doing this
A patient sees a doctor, gets a paper prescription, visits a lab across town, collects a report that never makes it back to the doctor, and buys medicines from a chemist who knows none of it. Every visit starts from zero. History is lost, tests are repeated, and time that should go to patients goes to paperwork instead.
We do not think the answer is one more app. The answer is a connected system, shared rails that let records, care, and payments move with the patient between every doctor, clinic, lab, pharmacy, and insurer. That is the ecosystem we are building.
We start inside the clinic, because that is where care begins. Kaagazy gives a doctor an AI-powered way to turn a consultation into a complete digital record in under 90 seconds, in their own language. Once the clinic is connected, everything around it can be too.
