The screens your team will use.

ANC card with risk flags

Gravida, parity, EDD, past LSCS and high-risk markers stay visible on every visit.

PCPNDT Form F and register

Every obstetric scan has its Form F, and the register is ready for the monthly submission.

Digital partograph

Labour progress is plotted as it is recorded, with alert and action lines shown on screen.

CTG traces in the record

CTG strips are attached to the labour note so the trace is with the decision.

Normal delivery and LSCS packages

Packages for cash, TPA, PM-JAY and state maternity schemes, with extra stay days billed by rule.

Mother and baby linked

The newborn's UHID is linked to the mother, so NICU, vaccines and the bill follow the right person.

Questions

About obstetrics and gynaecology.

Does the PCPNDT register fill itself?

Each pregnancy scan has its Form F filled in the system, and the register is built from those forms.

Can we bill normal delivery and caesarean as packages?

Yes. You set packages for cash, TPA, PM-JAY and other schemes, and the right one is used for each mother.

What if the baby needs the NICU?

The baby already has a record linked to the mother, so the NICU team starts with the birth notes in one click.
