What you get

Built for neurosciences.

Stroke timers from the door

Time from arrival to CT and to clot-busting treatment is tracked for every stroke alert.

Hourly neuro charts

Consciousness score, pupils and limb power are charted by hour, and changes are flagged to the doctor.

CT and MRI beside notes

Scans from radiology open next to the notes, so no one waits for films.

The patient's path

One record, start to finish.

  1. Arrival and CTA suspected stroke starts the timer, and the CT opens beside the doctor's notes.
  2. Neuro checkThe neurologist records the consciousness score and the plan on a ready template.
  3. Surgery if neededBrain or spine surgery is booked with its package, and implants are scanned.
  4. Neuro ICU carePupils and vitals are charted by hour, with ventilator and monitor readings added.
  5. Rehab and follow-upPhysio and speech therapy are booked, and the summary sets out the next visits.

In detail

The screens your team will use.

Stroke pathway timers

Door-to-CT and door-to-needle times are tracked from triage for every stroke alert.

GCS and neuro charts

GCS, pupil size and limb power charted by hour, with changes flagged to the doctor.

CT and MRI beside notes

Images from radiology open next to the clinical notes through the DICOM link.

EEG and NCV reports

Neurophysiology reports are stored in the record with the tracing files attached.

Neuro ICU device data

Ventilator, monitor and infusion pump readings write into the ICU chart.

Questions

About neurosciences.

Does the stroke timer start on its own?

It starts when emergency triage marks a suspected stroke, and it tracks the time to CT and to treatment.

Will our CT images open in the record?

Images from radiology can open beside the notes through the imaging link. Your scanner and imaging system are checked during setup.

Can ventilator readings go into the neuro ICU chart?

Yes. Ventilator and monitor readings feed the chart through the device link, once each model is connected and tested.
