Kaagazy HMIS

Example screen with sample data.

Sound familiar?

What goes wrong without it.

Paper slips get lost

Prescriptions and test orders written on paper are misread at the pharmacy or never reach the lab.

No history at the table

The doctor cannot see last month's reports or medicines, so tests get repeated.

Doctors type instead of talk

Notes are written after hours or not at all, and the record stays thin.

What you get

Why your team will want this.

Notes drafted while they talk

AI Scribe drafts the note in Hindi or English. The doctor reads, edits and signs it.

Full history in one place

Past visits, reports and medicines are on screen, so nobody asks the patient for old files.

Clear prescriptions every time

Printed or sent on WhatsApp, with allergy warnings shown to the doctor while writing.

Before and after

The difference on day one.

Today

  • Paper slips get lost between the doctor and the counter.
  • Doctors ask patients to bring old files and reports.
  • Doctors spend the consult typing into a computer.

With Kaagazy HMIS

  • Orders and prescriptions reach the lab and pharmacy directly.
  • Old visits and reports are already on the screen.
  • Doctors speak normally and check the drafted note.

How it works

Simple, step by step.

  1. Patient is called inThe doctor sees the next patient with vitals and history ready.
  2. Doctor talks normallyThe scribe drafts the note, or the doctor types or uses a form.
  3. Orders and medicinesTests and prescriptions go straight to the lab and pharmacy.
  4. Follow-up is setThe next visit is booked and the patient gets a reminder.

Everything included

All of this, in one place.

Questions

Before you talk to us.

Is this the same AI Scribe as Kaagazy EMR?

Yes. It is the scribe already live in Kaagazy EMR for clinics, and the hospital OPD uses the same one.

Does the scribe sign notes by itself?

No. It only drafts. The doctor reads, edits and signs every note.

Can some doctors just type?

Yes. Each doctor can type, use forms, use the scribe, or mix them. Nobody is forced onto the scribe.

Will our own OPD forms carry over?

Forms can be built to match your current ones during setup. Which forms, and how many, we will work out with you in the walkthrough.
