Video Editor

You will cut the videos that make doctors stop scrolling and then trust us enough to book a demo. Reels, product walkthroughs, clinic visits, founder pieces. You are not a pair of hands on a timeline, you decide what the edit says.

What you will actually do

• Cut three to five short form videos a week for Instagram, YouTube Shorts and LinkedIn.
• Turn raw clinic footage and long product walkthroughs into something a busy doctor will watch to the end.
• Own the hook. The first three seconds are the job, the rest is craft.
• Work from the numbers. Retention graphs tell you where the edit failed, and you fix it in the next one.
• Build and keep our footage library so nobody starts from nothing.

What we are looking for

• A reel of work you cut yourself. Client work, a personal channel, a college society page, anything real. This matters more than any qualification.
• Fluency in one editing suite. Premiere, DaVinci, Final Cut or CapCut, we do not care which.
• You can explain why an edit works, not just that it does.
• Hindi and English subtitling that reads naturally, not machine translated.
• Motion graphics and sound design are a bonus, not a requirement.

What this is not

It is not a role where a brief arrives with a shot list and a reference video. Nobody here will storyboard it for you. If you want that, you will find this uncomfortable.

The terms

• Rs 10,000 to 20,000 per month. Full-time, and we will consider a strong intern on the same track.
• Remote friendly, with clinic visits when the work needs them.
• Applying end to end costs you about 4 hours 15 minutes. Every stage and its time cost is published on our careers page.
• You hear back at every stage either way, with a reason.
