Sound familiar?
What goes wrong without it.
Unconscious or unnamed patients get a paper slip, and their early care never reaches the file.
Medico-legal details are written hours later and do not match the timeline.
The duty doctor cannot see who is waiting, who is critical and which bay is free.
What you get
Why your team will want this.
Colour tags show who needs a doctor now, so the sickest patient is never left waiting.
The medico-legal register is filled as care happens, not rebuilt from memory later.
Your hospital ambulances can alert the casualty team before the patient arrives.

Questions
Before you talk to us.
Can an unknown patient's file be merged later?
Yes. Once the patient is identified, the temporary file is merged into the right one, with a log of who did it.
Is the police case format fixed?
The register uses the usual fields. Your state's format is set during setup, and we will work it out with you in the walkthrough.
Can private ambulances send alerts?
Your own hospital ambulances using the app can. Outside ambulance services we would discuss case by case.
Does billing hold up treatment?
No. Charges are recorded in the background, and the deposit is taken when the family can attend to it.
