Sound familiar?
What goes wrong without it.
Hand-written labels get mixed up during busy collection hours.
Analyser printouts are typed again into reports, and errors slip in.
Nobody knows if a report is pending, done or waiting for sign-off.
What you get
Why your team will want this.
Every sample gets a barcode label at collection, so it always matches the right patient.
Where your analysers can link, results flow in directly instead of being typed again.
A dangerous result alerts the doctor straight away, so it is not missed in a pile.

Questions
Before you talk to us.
Which lab machines can connect?
Most analysers that share results over standard links can. We check your exact models in the walkthrough before setup.
Do we need our own image storage system?
The module links to one. Whether you keep your current system or need a new one depends on your setup, and we will work it out with you in the walkthrough.
Can a standalone diagnostic centre use this?
In principle, yes. Lab and X-ray can run with reception and billing. How it is offered to centres is not decided yet.
Can doctors see reports from outside labs?
Outside reports can be uploaded to the patient's record. Whether results come in automatically depends on what those labs share.
