Sound familiar?

What goes wrong without it.

Indicators counted by hand

The quality team spends days each month counting from files and registers.

Incidents never reported

Falls, wrong-drug events and needle-stick injuries go unreported because the form is a hassle.

Registers missing at inspection

Statutory registers are incomplete when the inspector asks for them.

What you get

Why your team will want this.

Quality numbers without counting

Common quality measures are counted from daily work, instead of by hand from registers.

Incidents reported and closed

Staff report incidents quickly, and each one is followed until someone closes it.

Every change has a name

Who saw or changed a record, and when, is kept for review.

Questions

Before you talk to us.

Will this get us NABH accreditation?

No software can do that. It helps keep the records NABH reviews ask for. Accreditation depends on your hospital's own practice.

Can we set our own quality measures?

Yes. Common ones come ready, and your quality team can add or change them.

Who can see the record of changes?

Only the roles your hospital allows, usually the medical superintendent, quality and IT.

Can staff report incidents without their name?

Anonymous reporting is planned as an option. Your hospital decides whether to turn it on.
