Questions
Before you talk to us.
Who decides what counts as urgent?
The ordering doctor marks it. You can set which tests can be ordered as stat.
Does this work with an outside lab?
Urgent tests usually run in-house. For outside labs, the order and result tracking still apply.
Can we set our own emergency panels?
Yes. Panels of tests can be set up to match your protocols.
