Will all our machines connect?
It depends on the machine. Many can share data, some cannot. We check each one with you in the walkthrough before agreeing to link it.
Do we need new machines?
Not usually. We first try to link the machines you already have.
What if a machine stops sending?
The hub shows it as silent and alerts your contact, so staff can go back to manual entry until it is fixed.
