Sound familiar?
What goes wrong without it.
The system says 40 strips, the shelf has 12, and nobody knows where the rest went.
Near-expiry stock is noticed only when it is too late to return.
Medicines sent to the ward on a paper indent do not reach the patient's bill.
What you get
Why your team will want this.
Every purchase, issue and return is recorded, so the count on screen is the count on the shelf.
Items nearing expiry show up early enough to use, return or move them.
Medicines sent to wards are linked to the patient, so they reach the bill.
Features

Questions
Before you talk to us.
Can the pharmacy bill under its own GST number?
Separate billing for the pharmacy is planned. How it is set up depends on how your pharmacy is registered, and we will work it out with you in the walkthrough.
Does it warn about drug interactions?
Doctors see allergy and interaction warnings while prescribing. The medicine database behind them is still being decided.
Can we bring in our current item list?
Usually yes, from a spreadsheet. Batches and opening stock are taken through a stock count when you start.
Does it connect to Tally?
Purchase and sales entries are planned to go to Tally. The exact setup we will work out with you in the walkthrough.
